Are you the go-to person for getting things done right — and done well? We’re looking for a Compliance & Facilities Co-ordinator who thrives on structure, precision, and continuous improvement. You’ll take ownership of ISO 9001 standards, internal audits, and the day‑to‑day running of our site, ensuring every system, process, and fix meets the highest standard. If you love spotting inefficiencies and turning them into smooth, compliant solutions — this role’s for you.
What You’ll Do
- Lead ISO 9001 compliance and support wider ISO frameworks (27001, 22301, 14001, 45001).
- Plan and deliver internal audits, ensuring processes meet policy and regulatory requirements.
- Manage site standards — overseeing maintenance, repairs, and reactive fixes that keep operations running seamlessly.
- Drive Health & Safety and environmental best practice across the workplace.
- Review, refine, and improve compliance processes to keep us ahead of the curve.
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years’ experience in compliance, auditing, or facilities management.
- Hands‑on experience with ISO 9001 audits and implementation.
- Strong eye for detail and a passion for maintaining high standards.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
- NEBOSH or IOSH qualification (preferred).
