Responsibilities
- Meet defined annual sales plan to achieve the company's sales targets
- Look for new business opportunities in the client and partner field
- Manage client and partner relationships and escalate any customer/partner issues to the Sales Director
- Ensure accurate maintenance of internal reporting systems, including the CRM system

Standards of Performance
- Business Development Performance is satisfactory when:
- Sales Targets are met
- Develop major new Business Applications clients/contracts from new logo customers and existing customers
- Proactively participate in marketing activities and sales planning
- Admin and Management Reporting Performance is satisfactory when:
- Reports are complete, accurate and submitted on time and to schedule
- CRM system is always up to date
- Agreed measures and metrics are reported monthly as above and submitted
- Sales Process Management:
- All leads are followed up in a timely fashion (within 48 hours maximum)
- All leads are managed through the CRM sales administration
- Adhere to company communication standards
- Maintain effective relationships with allocated partners and third‑party suppliers
- Store all documentation and communication on SharePoint/Teams
- Inform potential clients of the best services aligned to their business requirements
- Client & Partner Management Performance is satisfactory when:
- Client & partner progress is reviewed regularly
- Clients & partners are delighted with the service
- Client & partner feedback is communicated to all parties as appropriate
- Store all client & partner documentation and communication in the CRM system
- Personal Development Performance is satisfactory when:
- Training plans are achieved

- There are no barriers perceived between staff in all group countries

Qualification and Skills
- Technology‑related sales or account management experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
Additional / Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling CRM/ERP or similar SaaS, cloud‑based business applications to strategic accounts exceeding sales targets
- Leading or orchestrating sales processes across account planning, opportunity planning, deal negotiation, customer decision frameworks, evaluation plans, and engaging in sophisticated business case discussions
- Deal crafting, negotiating terms and contracts
- Ability to craft a scalable approach to grow and retain customers
Personal Situation
- Requirement to travel to client sites and stay overnight
- Ability to work extended hours when required
- Must have a clean or near‑clean driving license
