At CACI, we believe that designing impactful services starts with understanding and listening to people. We’re looking for a versatile User Researcher who’s passionate about uncovering what users really need and translating those insights into real change.
This role is for someone who thrives on curiosity and rigour: a researcher confident in planning and running studies, but also ready to take on strategic conversations with clients and shape the direction of projects. Whether you’re supporting discovery work or validating new concepts, you’ll help ensure the services and products we design are grounded in evidence and insight while also being adaptable enough to contribute to generalist UX and design tasks when needed.
