CAA has an immediate opening for a Field Site (FS) Logistician to ensure effective communication and collaboration between varying logistics and asset management stakeholders. The Logistician is responsible for site supply chain operations, shipping and receiving, inventory management, records compliance, contractor emergency action plan (EAP), and emergency destruction plan (EDP).
Responsibilities
- Supports inventory control process to account for property received, shipped, excessed, moved or transferred.
- Tracks and analyzes logistics data to identify opportunities for improved efficiency and reducing inventory related costs.
- Monitors shipping equipment and manages maintenance requirements.
- Ensures accurate tracking, storage, and management of all site inventory items.
- Manages audits and inspections.
- Monitors physical stock for replenishment requirements and avoids shortages and excess.
- Maintains comprehensive and compliant records for all logistics/inventory areas.
- Maintain documentation of the contractor Emergency Action Plan (EAP) based on current requirements and coordinates training for destruction procedures.
- Ensure all documentation is provided in proper format to respective USG entities.
- Oversee the TOY cellphone program.
- Oversee the shipping/courier activities.
- Coordinate with the proper entities and ensure schedule of shipments are followed.
- Coordinate escort personnel.
- Communicate effectively with USG on all inventory/shipping/courier tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Four (4) years of experience working as Logistician.
- Experience shall include: property accounting processes to include the associated forms.
- Shall possess knowledge of automated inventory control systems.
- Professional experience shall include ordering, processing, shipping, receiving, packaging, material handling, property accountability and discharge of excess property.
- Shall have practical experience with processing paperwork related to Government Bill of Lading and the DOI 149.

Pay Range: $67,800 - 142,200 USD
