This is a senior, client-facing consulting role with a significant focus on pre-sales, solution consulting and proposition development.

You will work with major enterprise clients to understand their customer, marketing, data and technology challenges and translate these into innovative, commercially viable solutions. Working closely with the wider MarTech leadership team, you will help grow existing and new client relationships, shape the future development of CACI's MarTech propositions and strengthen strategic partnerships with key technology partners including Adobe, Braze and Bloomreach as well as support identifying new vendors to build partnerships with.

Client consulting and pre-sales responsibilities:

  • Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders across marketing, CRM, customer experience, data and technology.
  • Lead discovery sessions and senior client conversations to understand business, customer and technology challenges.
  • Translate client requirements into compelling MarTech strategies, solutions and transformation roadmaps.
  • Lead MarTech pre-sales engagements from initial discovery through solution definition, proposal, pitch and close.
  • Shape propositions, statements of work and commercial proposals for complex client engagements.
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships, develop new consulting engagements and contribute to pitches, proposals and RFP responses.
  • Lead production of RFP responses, proposals and Statements of Work, ensuring solid understanding of clients needs, accurate portrayal of scope, and accurate costing.

Marketing Technology and solution responsibilities:

  • Shape enterprise solutions spanning CRM, customer engagement, CDP, personalisation, journey orchestration and analytics.
  • Provide senior-level expertise across the MarTech landscape, including Adobe, Braze and Bloomreach amongst others.
  • Advise clients on the selection and effective use of marketing technology based on their specific business and customer requirements.
  • Understand solutions across the MarTech landscape, in particular CEP, CDP and Analytics tools, and how they fit into the broader stack.
  • Understand the importance of data foundations, and be able to articulate the characteristics that must be present in order to unlock delivery of great customer experiences through modern CEPs.
  • Work closely with architects, strategists, analysts, developers and implementation specialists to ensure solutions are technically deliverable and commercially viable.
  • Ensure a strong connection between the original client challenge, the proposed solution and successful delivery.

Practice, proposition and partner responsibilities:

  • Work with the wider leadership team to develop CACI's MarTech propositions and go-to-market strategy.
  • Help identify emerging client needs and develop new consulting propositions around them.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key technology partners including Adobe, Braze and Bloomreach.
  • Work collaboratively with vendor sales, solutions and partnership teams on relevant client opportunities.
  • Identify appropriate joint go-to-market and co-sell opportunities where these support CACI's client strategy.
  • Maintain awareness of vendor roadmaps and new capabilities to ensure CACI's propositions remain relevant and competitive.
  • Support the development of CACI's capabilities, expertise and credibility across its strategic technology partnerships.
  • Stay abreast of developments in the Marketing Technology space and be able to communicate these, as well as identify how CACI’s propositions and partner choices should evolve.

Client and delivery leadership responsibilities:

  • Act as a senior trusted adviser to clients throughout the lifecycle of an engagement.
  • Provide senior oversight across selected CRM, MarTech, CDP and analytics implementation programmes.
  • Maintain strong senior client relationships and ensure CACI continues to deliver against the client's strategic objectives.
  • Work across consulting and delivery teams to maintain continuity from initial strategy and solution design through implementation.
