This is an opportunity to join the CACI ELITE Team in Stuttgart, Germany supporting USEUCOM in real-world missions as a UC/AV VTC Engineer.

Responsibilities

  • A Unified Communications (UC) Engineer designs, implements, and maintains integrated communication systems for an organization, merging various tools like voice, video, and data into a single platform.
  • System design and implementation: Create and deploy comprehensive communication systems by integrating various tools like voice, video, instant messaging, and email.
  • Administration and maintenance: Manage and configure communication platforms such as Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), and maintain high availability of services.
  • Troubleshooting and support: Resolve technical issues with voice, video, and messaging systems, and provide escalated support for users.
  • Performance monitoring: Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve problems to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
  • Collaboration: Work with other IT teams and vendors to integrate communications systems into existing infrastructure and troubleshoot issues.
  • Project management: Lead and manage projects to improve or expand the organization's unified communications infrastructure.

Required Qualifications

  • Certifications: CCNA or CCNP Collaboration and SEC+ or Security X/CASP.
  • Clearance level: TS SCI Clearance.
  • Experience: At least 5 years experience.
  • Technical proficiency: Experience with specific UC products like Cisco's CUCM, Jabber, and other voice and video conferencing systems is often required.
