Compliance Analyst – Software Contracts At CACI we do amazing things with data and technology. As part of the wider CACI Team you will be joining 1,500 people working in over 50 markets globally. We have an urgent requirement for a Compliance Analyst – Software Contracts, to join the team. Main Purpose of the role The Software Asset Management team is a critical, highly qualified and accredited team within the companies Enterprise Platforms & Services, responsible for. The effective management, control, and protection of software assets throughout all stages of their lifecycle to reduce IT costs and limit business and legal risk related to the ownership and use of software, while maximizing IT responsiveness and end-user productivity. The Software Asset Management (SAM) tool to support reliable asset tracking, recovery, and compliance / capability to enable Effective Licence Positions (ELPs) across Publishers and the ability to maximise the value from our software asset estate to relevant software owners across the organisation. Reliable and timely review and renewal of Software Contracts. Management of the end-to-end life cycle of the companies software assets. Ensure compliance is maintained through the management of Effective Licencing Position and maximising the value from the software asset. Accountable for ensuring commercial risks are captured and confirming actions plans are in place to address risk areas with relevant stakeholders. Work Experience & Functional / Technical Skills required Understanding and experience of working with software Contracts & Agreements. Experience dealing with Publishers and Resellers. Experience dealing with internal Stakeholders. Working knowledge of Software licensing. Experience of following Process / Work Instruction documentation. Experience of using SharePoint & Teams. Experience of using Ariba Purchasing tool. Experience of Software Asset Management tooling (ServiceNow SAMPro & Software License Contract module desirable) Experienced in Software Asset Management & Software Procurement in an enterprise environment desirable. Education and Certifications required to perform the role ITIL Key Competencies/Core Capabilities required to perform the role Delivery (Customer Focus): Commercial knowledge of software and associated licencing models is essential to deliver Effective License Position (ELP) reporting. Delivery (Commerciality): Process driven, structured and analytical approach with a focus on accuracy and diligence. Able to accept and meet tight deadlines with a calm approach in a pressurised situation. Collaboration (Building Relationships): Requires effective relationship building to solve problems collectively. Courage (Prioritisation) Ability to analyse data to identify issues, support issue resolution and aid in decision making. Agility (Growth Mindset) Capable of expanding and enhancing your knowledge across a range of software Care (Safety) Ability to handle confidential information with tact and sensitivity Key accountabilities of the role Responsible for maintaining software contracts. Administration and management of software contract renewal process in Software Asset Management tool. Maintenance of software contract Stakeholders (business, Procurement, Enterprise Architecture, publishers & resellers). Maintenance of software contracts linkage to APM tool. Maintenance of software core company. Review of renewal status for software contracts. Create new contracts in Software Asset Management tool. Produce and circulate timely reports for Software contracts renewals board, Procurement, Finance & Business Owners. Attend Review Board meetings and update relevant contracts. Attend meetings with internal stakeholders. Engage with Publishers and resellers. Produce Publisher quote requirements. Review Publisher quotes and identify gaps. Engage with Stakeholders from different levels in the Company. Produce software contract termination notice and inform relevant Publishers of termination. Provide requirements for Software Renewal Purchase Order. Review historical and interpret Proof of entitlement, contracts & agreements. Process Proof of entitlement for processing in Software Asset Management Tool. Generate new software contract entries in Software Asset Management tool (License Contract module). Identify areas for process enhancement and improvement. Ensure software contract renewal tooling SLAs are met. Escalate issues with software contract renewals and follow up until resolution is obtained.
