Currently hiring for a Business Analyst to join the team.

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, helping us deliver effective, efficient, and scalable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable specifications for development teams.
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and process mapping sessions.
  • Support project delivery using Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
  • Create and maintain user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business goals and technical delivery.
  • Use tools such as JIRA, Confluence (or similar BA tools) for backlog management, documentation, and collaboration.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in business analysis practices and processes.

Qualifications

  • BCS Business Analysis certification (or equivalent) is required.
  • Demonstrable experience as a Business Analyst in technology or change-focused environments.
  • Skilled in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and process modelling.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Hands-on experience with JIRA / Confluence (or similar collaboration and project management tools).
  • Knowledge of Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) is highly desirable.
  • Analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
