Currently hiring for a Business Analyst to join the team.
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, helping us deliver effective, efficient, and scalable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable specifications for development teams.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and process mapping sessions.
- Support project delivery using Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
- Create and maintain user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business goals and technical delivery.
- Use tools such as JIRA, Confluence (or similar BA tools) for backlog management, documentation, and collaboration.
- Contribute to continuous improvement in business analysis practices and processes.
Qualifications
- BCS Business Analysis certification (or equivalent) is required.
- Demonstrable experience as a Business Analyst in technology or change-focused environments.
- Skilled in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and process modelling.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA / Confluence (or similar collaboration and project management tools).
- Knowledge of Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) is highly desirable.
- Analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
