You will manage the engagement with key customers and partners, being the primary point of contact for all product/project-related matters. You will support those clients with their web ecosystem roadmap whilst ensuring the delivery remains on time and on budget. This will cover both new web builds as well as ongoing support/BaU improvements. Using a mix of traditional project management and agile delivery skills (depending on the project), you will need to adopt appropriate delivery methods and tools to ensure high-quality levels are maintained from both a project and people perspective. This role is hybrid, with a couple of days per week in our Kensington office, London. It might require ad-hoc travel to clients’ offices for key meetings and project milestones.
