Retail Finance Benchmarking Group – Relationship Manager at CACI Ltd.

Key Responsibilities

  • Secure renewal of existing database contracts via regular, value‑added contact.
  • Negotiate with procurement and legal teams to finalise commercial terms.
  • Meet the RFB team annual profit target.
  • Broaden contact base within member accounts and establish regular executive contact.
  • Travel to member organisations nationwide as required.
  • Encourage members to adopt all databases where applicable.
  • Generate additional project revenue in existing accounts.
  • Host portal training sessions, demonstrating how to interrogate the data.
  • Take client requirements for ad hoc requests and brief these to Data and Viz teams.
  • Target new prospects and convert them to membership.
  • Collaborate with the wider CACI sales team to provide a unified customer view.
  • Liaise with CACI’s Information Security colleagues to support member audit and security questionnaires.
  • Develop regular insights from weekly and monthly datasets across Savings, Mortgages, Current Accounts, and Personal Loan markets.
  • Identify market trends and develop insights to share with clients via in‑person, Teams, or Zoom.
  • Drive content for CACI’s annual conference/webinar presentations.
  • Present at CACI’s annual member conferences/webinars.
  • Co‑create a roadmap of insightful content with line manager and colleagues.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong formal presenter – comfortable interpreting data, providing insights, and delivering training.
  • Commercially astute with ability to see the big picture while managing priorities.
  • Experienced in managing high‑profile clients and maintaining long‑term relationships.
  • Strong industry knowledge of Savings, Mortgages, Current Accounts, or Personal Loans markets.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging senior client personnel.
  • Self‑disciplined, results‑driven, energetic, and able to work under pressure.
  • Capable of dealing with member organisations across all senior levels and disciplines.
  • IT literacy – proficient in MS Office; knowledge of Tableau basics or willingness to learn.
  • Eligible to work in the UK on a permanent basis; subject to identity, credit‑worthiness, and criminal record checks.
