About Us
We are the Information Intelligence Group (IIG) of CACI UK, a specialist technical consultancy providing new bespoke solutions to solve our customers' complex operational problems. As our business continues to grow, we are interested in speaking with an experienced Talent Officer to join our forward-thinking and fast-paced organisation within a close-knit specialist internal recruitment team. We will designate a base office which could include Manchester, Bristol, Cheltenham or Plymouth. We work in a hybrid fashion, allowing flexibility to work between our offices or from home.
The Opportunity
Our talent team plays a vital role in supporting CACI’s continued growth and our ability to deliver world-class cutting-edge technical solutions to our customers. Working as part of a team of 4, you will partner with senior stakeholders across our business streams: Central Government, National Security, Defence & Critical National Infrastructure, to manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requirement capture through to offer acceptance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates for a range of open vacancies including Software, DevOps, BAs, Project Management and Testing.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Utilise job boards, social media, networking and direct sourcing to build talent pipelines.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews to assess technical and cultural fit.
- Liaise with senior stakeholders across the business to understand recruitment requirements.
- Provide recommendations to senior managers for candidate progression.
- Propose offers and manage approvals with senior stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.

- Work with specialist recruitment agencies to fill hard-to-fill positions.
- Manage candidate communications throughout the process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Attend career fairs and support initiatives to promote the company as an employer of choice in the technical sector.
- Curate internals for use as proposal documents for customers.
The Fit
This role is well suited for an experienced in-house or agency recruiter with experience sourcing hard-to-fill technical roles and a proven ability to deliver resources in a fast and cost-effective manner. Experience recruiting within Defence or National Security sectors would be an advantage but not essential.
