Role And Responsibilities

A vacancy has arisen for a Relationship Manager in the Business Development team of the CACI Enterprise Systems Business Unit. Based in West Kensington, London, Enterprise Systems deliver and maintain innovative enterprise application solutions for clients in high profile vertical market sectors, in particular the Central Government, Rail and Care & Support markets. This role will be focused on managing a portfolio of client accounts that we supply our Cygnum solution to. You will have responsibility for protecting and growing these accounts commercially and will hold key relationships between our organisation and our clients. You will need to operate and communicate with day-to-day business and application leads up to Director level, and onsite presence from time to time is also important. Negotiating mutually beneficial business positions and maintaining excellent client relationships here is paramount. In addition, the role will require a good understanding of our technical solution and a strong appreciation of the value of team-play internally between different departments. This role represents an excellent opportunity for the right individual to help grow long term and positive relationships with our portfolio of clients.

Core Skills, Knowledge And Experience Required

  • Strong understanding of, and demonstrable key account management expertise
  • Excellent communication & inter-personal skills
  • Strong written, presentation and numerical ability
  • Comfortable with technology, previous knowledge of enterprise software preferred
  • Previous experience with public sector, transport
  • Educated to degree level, minimum 2:1 preferred
