As our team continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced

Insight & Data Storytelling Lead to join us and help deliver impactful, insight-led solutions for a diverse range of clients and sectors.

The Opportunity

As an Insight & Data Storytelling Lead, you will operate at the intersection of data, research, storytelling and consulting, leading projects that help clients better understand their customers, improve performance and identify opportunities for growth.

Working alongside analysts, researchers and consultants, you will transform complex evidence and analysis into compelling stories, strategic recommendations and measurable business outcomes.

  • Lead the delivery of insight-led projects spanning audience insight, customer segmentation, dashboards, research programmes and strategic consulting.
  • Translate complex research and analytical outputs into clear, engaging narratives and actionable recommendations.
  • Develop presentations, reports, personas and client-facing deliverables that influence business decisions.
  • Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and act as a strategic advisor.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design and deliver integrated solutions.
  • Support proposition development, pitches and wider business growth initiatives.

Line manage and mentor team members, helping to build insight and storytelling capability across the team.

  • Champion innovation, quality and the adoption of emerging technologies and AI-enabled approaches.

Essential Skills & Experience

You will have experience

  • Using data, insight and research to drive better marketing, customer or business decision-making.
  • Leading insight, research or consulting projects from briefing through to delivery.
  • Interpreting complex data and research findings and translating them into clear commercial recommendations.
  • Presenting findings and recommendations to senior client stakeholders.
  • Creating structured insight outputs, strategic recommendations and client-facing deliverables.
  • Developing compelling presentations and visual storytelling using Power Point.
  • Managing client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Solving complex business problems and identifying the key commercial implications behind analysis.
  • Working across cross-functional and virtual project teams.
  • Supporting pitches, proposals and business development activities.
  • Line managing or mentoring colleagues and contributing to capability development.
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality delivery.
  • Demonstrating strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
