Databricks in London seeks a world-class leader to build and grow the UK Forward Deployed AI Engineering (AI FDE) team. You will lead customers through AI/ML transformations, recruit top data scientists and ML engineers, and manage a portfolio of key EMEA accounts.
You will report to the Director AI FDE and work with Product, R&D, and GTM to shape strategy, provide trusted advisory support, and drive scalable delivery across the region.
