About the Role
The IAM Consultant, Sail Point ISC is a customer-facing consultant responsible for implementing the technical deployments of IAM solutions at Cyderes.
They work on customer projects, directly with the Engagement Lead and Project Manager to provide outstanding solutions.
They maintain a high-quality of work and delighting our clients.
The IAM Consultant will be well-versed in their area of expertise and will focus on delivering Sail Point.
The consultant will provide subject matter expertise in Sail Point during consulting engagements, which assess, define a client's security capabilities in the policy, process, technology, or organisational areas.
The IAM Consultant also identifies gaps and recommends cost-effective best practices to manage client risk and increase their understanding of security and privacy risk and compliance.
- Lead the delivery of Identity Governance services to clients, including presales, consulting, solution design, and implementation.
- Oversee the development of Identity Governance offerings aligned with client needs, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Run client scoping workshops to design feasible IGA solutions with well-defined scope, timelines, and costs.
- Manage the Identity Governance practice team, fostering professional growth and building technical and consulting expertise.
- Collaborate with other practice leaders and sales teams to support cross-sell opportunities and organizational growth.
- Assist in developing and implementing business development strategies to promote the Identity Governance practice.
- Provide subject matter expertise in Identity Governance and stay current on emerging trends, tools, and best practices.
- Lead and facilitate workshops with clients for requirements gathering, process design, and technical solutioning.
- Present solution proposals, implementation roadmaps, and progress updates to clients and executives.
- Mentor consultants and architects to enhance delivery quality and consulting skills.
- Ensure deliverables meet client satisfaction, balancing business, technical, and compliance goals.
- Identify risks, issues, and dependencies across client projects and develop mitigation strategies.
- Apply change management techniques to help clients adopt Identity Governance solutions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), with proven consulting and solution delivery expertise.
- Hands-on experience with leading IGA solutions such as Sail Point Identity IQ / Identity Now, Saviynt, or Oracle Identity Governance (OIG).
- Strong understanding of Identity Governance processes including access reviews, role-based access control, entitlement management, joiner-mover-leaver processes, and compliance reporting.
- Experience leading professional services engagements in Identity Governance across multiple industries.
- Good understanding of consulting financial metrics (utilization, profitability, revenue recognition, backlog).
