The Sales Operations Analyst is a critical member of the Revenue Operations team, sitting at the intersection of data, process, and systems. You'll turn raw sales data into actionable insights, maintain CRM integrity, and identify opportunities to improve how the sales organization operates — working closely with Sales leadership, RevOps, Finance, and Marketing to support planning, reporting, and day‑to‑day GTM needs.

This is a role for someone detail‑oriented and analytically sharp, but also practical — someone who doesn't just identify problems, but helps solve them.

What You'll Do
  • CRM & Data Integrity — Own Salesforce data hygiene across accounts, contacts, opportunities, and pipeline. Maintain workflow rules, field validation, and SOPs to ensure data is accurate, consistent, and trusted by the sales team. Proactively identify and resolve data quality issues before they impact reporting or decision‑making.
  • Reporting & Dashboards — Build, maintain, and continuously improve dashboards and reports tracking pipeline health, velocity, win rates, quota attainment, and forecast accuracy. Serve as the go‑to resource for sales reps and leaders who need visibility into their numbers. Deliver regular reporting cadences and respond quickly to ad‑hoc requests.
  • Sales Process Support — Identify process bottlenecks and recommend improvements. Provide day‑to‑day operational support to the sales team, including responding to CRM questions, troubleshooting data issues, and handling ad‑hoc requests.
  • Tools & Systems — Manage day‑to‑day use of the sales tech stack and partner with Sales Systems on automation improvements, tool integrations, and adoption.
What Success Looks Like

Sales leadership trusts the data. Process documentation is current and actually used. Your analysis drives real decisions. And you're known as the person who knows how things work and can be counted on to get it right.

Qualifications
  • 2–4 years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related analytical role within a SaaS or technology company.
  • Strong Salesforce proficiency — reports, dashboards, workflows, and data management.
  • Analytically strong: comfortable in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Familiarity with the GTM tech stack (sales engagement, data enrichment, marketing automation).
  • Clear communicator who can translate data into actionable recommendations for non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Self‑starter comfortable managing competing priorities and ambiguity.
  • Experience with AI tools for productivity, analysis, or workflow automation is a plus.
