As the HR Business Partner (HRBP) for CAC's UK Overseas Regional Operations Center, you should have built an international HR system under the guidance of the Group's HR Department, ensuring alignment between business strategy and organizational capabilities. Your key focus has been supporting the implementation of talent strategies and organizational expansion in overseas regions such as Europe and Latin America.

Position Statement:

  • Business Empowerment: Gain in-depth understanding of the group’s strategy and regional business development needs, execute headquarters’ HR planning, and deliver fully integrated HR solutions tailored to operational requirements for regional departments, thereby becoming their core HR partner.
  • Recruitment Management: Coordinate with internal and external recruitment teams to manage talent acquisition and retention for key regional positions. Proficient in operating LinkedIn, overseas local recruitment platforms, and headhunting channels to efficiently identify high-quality candidates, ensuring business staffing needs are met.
  • Talent Development: Lead the establishment of regional employee development systems, implement succession planning, and conduct end-to-end performance management to optimize team efficiency, build a core talent pipeline, and empower team capability enhancement.
  • Compensation Incentives: Independently develop, implement, and manage compensation incentive plans for various countries and employment types, ensuring compliance and motivational alignment while adapting to regional business characteristics.
  • Employee Relations: Comprehensive lifecycle management of employees, including onboarding, regularization, job transfers, and resignation, covering labor contract management, salary calculation and distribution, visa and work permit processing, etc.; proactive maintenance of employee relations, enhancement of employee engagement, and proper handling of employee grievances.
  • Cross-cultural collaboration: As the core communication bridge between China headquarters and overseas regional teams, efficiently promote cross-cultural collaboration and communication, promptly respond to and address overseas regional human resources-related demands, and ensure smooth team collaboration.
  • Compliance Risk Management: Conduct in-depth research on overseas labor laws and regulations, including GDPR, to establish and implement HR policies and procedures that meet local requirements. Regularly monitor compliance risks, handle labor-related matters, and effectively reduce the risks of labor disputes and litigation.
  • System Development: Collaborate with the headquarters HR team to lead the establishment and iterative optimization of regional HR systems in Europe, Latin America, and other regions, ensuring the efficient and compliant implementation of headquarters HR core policies in local operations.

Job Requirements:

  • Full-time undergraduate degree or above, with at least 5 years of comprehensive human resources experience in Europe, preferably with pesticide industry experience.
  • Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing, capable of working at native-level proficiency, with smooth Mandarin communication.
  • Possesses outstanding cross-departmental communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills, with strong stress tolerance, enabling rapid adaptation to fast-paced, multi-dimensional international work environments.
  • Proficient in labor laws, policies, and compliance regulations across multiple European countries, capable of independently handling comprehensive labor legal matters including visa processing, work permit applications, labor union communications, social security contributions, working hour compliance, and termination procedures.
  • Candidates with overseas B2B industry HR experience are preferred.
