About the Program:
Cabrini’s Graduate Program provides a seamless transition from nursing student to professional practice, offering exceptional educational support and supernumerary time. Spanning 12 months, this program includes up to two clinical rotations, in Medical, Surgical or rehabilitation settings. Graduates will benefit from interactive study days, supernumerary time to transition knowledge to practice, career guidance, and regular debriefs throughout the year. With the support of a dedicated Clinical Educator, and ward based preceptor you’ll be guided through your transition to practice with ongoing check-ins from nurse managers and educators. Cabrini also offers numerous professional development opportunities beyond the Graduate Program year as our contract is ongoing.
What the Program Offers You:
- Flexible Part-Time position (0.8 FTE per week)
- Ongoing, permanent employment contract
- Choice of two rotations (at least one preference guaranteed) across our Malvern and Brighton campuses

- Curriculum vitae (CV): Include details of each clinical placement (length, month, year, facility, ward, case mix, and length of placement)
- Academic transcript: Most recent certified copy, including the grading legend/key page
- Clinical placement reports: Two most recent acute placement reports
- Professional references: Two referees, with at least one from your most recent clinical placement. Include full name, title, phone number, and email address
- Passport-size headshot photo
- Copy of your visa if applicable and passport
