We are looking for a confident and hands-on leader to manage the day-to-day operations of a busy, well-established, fine dining French restaurant in The City. Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day running of the restaurant. Lead, train, and inspire the front-of-house team. Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest queries professionally. Manage staff rotas, recruitment, and performance. Ensure compliance with food hygiene, health & safety, and licensing regulations. Monitor stock levels and control labour and operating costs. Work closely with senior management to maximise sales and profitability. Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and service throughout the restaurant. Requirements: Previous experience as a or Restaurant Manager or General Manager in a busy, restaurant. Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent communication and organisational abilities. Commercially aware with experience managing costs and driving sales.
