Haywood Village Academy is seeking an energetic and dynamic individual to join our senior leadership team as Vice Principal. This role will be part of a newly formed leadership team, supporting the Academy through a period of transition as our new Principal has recently started in post.
Haywood Village Academy is a primary school serving children from Pre‑school through to Year 6 and is proud to be part of the Cabot Learning Federation. Working closely with the wider leadership team, the Vice Principal will ensure the smooth and effective leadership of this successful school, building on its strengths while driving continued improvement. The successful candidate will be an effective communicator, skilled in building positive relationships with staff, pupils and families, and committed to high‑quality teaching and learning, professional development and curriculum enactment.
