Cabot Learning Federation is seeking an Inclusion Supervisor for Broadoak Academy in Weston-super-Mare. You will support students to overcome barriers to learning and help create a safe, inclusive environment where every student can succeed.
You will work with staff, students and families, supervising behaviour and guiding learning during term-time, with inset days. This role starts January 2027, subject to pre-employment checks.
