Broadoak Academy, part of Cabot Learning Federation (CLF), is seeking an Inclusion Supervisor to support students facing barriers to learning. You will work with staff, students and families to maintain a calm, inclusive environment and supervise in the behaviour rooms to promote positive engagement.
Key duties include managing behaviour, supporting learning, building relationships and contributing to improved outcomes across the academy.
