Overview

Are you highly organised, approachable, and passionate about supporting education? This is your opportunity to be a vital part of a dynamic team that contributes to excellent teaching and leadership across our region and within the Cabot Learning Federation. We are looking for a Part-Time Administration Assistant (Level 1) to join our friendly and professional team at the CLF Institute. You\’ll be one of ten administrators supporting the delivery of Boolean Maths Hub and Five Counties courses, as well as helping to ensure the smooth running of our building, which is home to 120 SCITT trainees. This is a varied and rewarding role where you\’ll play a key part in supporting our staff, trainees, and visitors, helping to create a welcoming and efficient environment.

About you

You will:

  • Provide general administrative support including data entry, filing, document preparation, and managing supplies.
  • Support the organisation of training events, meetings, and professional development activities.
  • Maintain accurate records using systems such as Microsoft Office, etc.
  • Assist with communications, including emails, letters, and internal updates.
  • Help ensure the smooth running of the CLF Institute\’s operations, contributing to a positive and professional environment.
  • Uphold safeguarding protocols and ensure confidentiality at all times.
