What you can expect as a Insight Analyst:
- Salary of up to £40,000
- Permanent

In this role, you’ll play a key part in driving data-led decision making. This role focuses on analysing portfolio performance, customer behaviour, and process effectiveness to uncover insights that shape our customer journey. You\’ll work with large datasets using tools like Python, SQL, and Excel, support test-and-learn initiatives, and develop prototype reports to monitor key metrics. Collaborating closely with the Insight Manager and wider teams, you\’ll help turn data into actionable recommendations that influence strategy and improve outcomes across the business.
We are looking for someone with:
- Numerical degree with a strong statistical content preferred. Statistics, Mathematics, Operational Research an advantage.
- Technical Certification in interrogation software preferred (Python, SQL, SAS, VBA)
- Knowledge of statistical analysis
- Preferred knowledge of coding languages such as Python/SQL/SAS
- Thorough and methodical: strong attention to detail, employing own quality assurance techniques
- Self starting: ability to maintain high productivity ensuring all deadlines are met
- Strong communicator: ability to convey complex technical content in an easily digestible manner
