Responsibilities
- Deliver our core focus: lift people’s spirits & create memorable experiences.
- Assist the restaurant manager in daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth service flow.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner, striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction of the guest.
- Supervise and coordinate restaurant staff.
- Provide training and ongoing coaching to staff members to ensure delivery of high‑quality service and adherence to standards.
- Monitor restaurant atmosphere and guest satisfaction, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and courteously.
- Conduct pre‑shift meetings to communicate specials, promotions, and service updates.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Complete opening and closing duties, including setup and shutdown of the restaurant.
Qualifications
