Responsibilities

  • Deliver our core focus: lift people’s spirits & create memorable experiences.
  • Assist the restaurant manager in daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth service flow.
  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner, striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction of the guest.
  • Supervise and coordinate restaurant staff.
  • Provide training and ongoing coaching to staff members to ensure delivery of high‑quality service and adherence to standards.
  • Monitor restaurant atmosphere and guest satisfaction, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and courteously.
  • Conduct pre‑shift meetings to communicate specials, promotions, and service updates.
  • Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Complete opening and closing duties, including setup and shutdown of the restaurant.

Qualifications

  • Outgoing, dedicated, and keen to build and grow an enthusiastic and hardworking team.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and health and safety regulations at all times.
  • Available full time and flexible to work evenings, weekends, and most holidays.
