An exciting opportunity to be part of the fabulous Cabana family! Our restaurant is in need of a Bartender.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver our core focus; to lift people’s spirits & create memorable experiences.
- Prepare and serve a diverse range of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wines, and beers to Cabana specification.
- Have a strong knowledge of our drink menu, ingredients, and be able to make recommendations to guests based on their preferences.
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent service and enhancing their overall experience.
- Handle opening and closing duties, including setting up and breaking down the bar area.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar area, following health and safety and food safety guidelines at all times.
- Handle cash and operate the POS system efficiently for transactions.
- Be outgoing, dedicated to their role and keen to build and grow an enthusiastic and hardworking team.
- Have a high level of organization in the workplace and strong management skills.
- Be available full time and flexible to work evenings, weekends, and most holidays.
- Have a good personality and a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Be consistent and reliable and an excellent team player.
