Cabana Brasil is a Latin American inspired grill and tropical cocktail bar in the heart of London, a celebration of fire, rhythm, flavour and escape. Inspired by the golden age of Rio de Janeiro in the 1950s, when samba spilled into the streets and Bossa Nova drifted through the night air, Cabana brings bold flavours, flame-grilled food, cocktails and vibrant energy together in one unforgettable experience.

Responsibilities
- Delivering friendly, attentive and efficient service from the moment guests arrive
- Delivering Cabana’s standards across all aspects of service
- Welcoming guests, seating tables and presenting menus with confidence
- Taking accurate food and drink orders, including noting allergens, dietary needs and special requests
- Making recommendation to enhance the guest experience
- Working closely with the kitchen and bar teams to keep service smooth and organised
- Helping create the vibrant, fun and memorable Cabana experience every shift
