Bartender

Cabana Brasil is a Latin American–inspired grill and tropical cocktail bar in the heart of London — a celebration of fire, rhythm, flavour and escape.

Inspired by the golden age of Rio de Janeiro in the 1950s, when samba spilled into the streets and Bossa Nova drifted through the night air, Cabana brings bold flavours, flame-grilled food, tropical cocktails and vibrant energy together in one unforgettable experience.

That same spirit should be felt in every part of our bar service.

As a Bartender, you’ll be right at the centre of the Cabana experience, preparing and serving drinks with confidence, personality and pride.
