Wescot Credit Services are looking for a Part Time Receptionist to join our Facilities team in our vibrant Telford office TF3 4NT.
You will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors providing a warm welcome alongside managing administrative tasks.

- Shifts: Monday – Friday 8am – 12pm (based on 20 hours per week)
- Location: Fully office based - TF3 4NT
Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for clients and visitors delivering a professional and courteous welcome.
- Complete confidentiality documentation and ensure compliance with the visitors book.
- Issue ID badges for new colleagues, visitors and contractors.
- Ensure restricted access controls are approved.
- Produce monthly access reports and update building access via the control system.
- Undertake Health & Safety related duties, including acting as a DSE representative and carrying out DSE assessments while maintaining the DSE Assessment Log.
- Place orders for stationery as required and keep an accurate record of stock controlling.
- Receive and distribute deliveries, updating relevant colleagues and spreadsheets.
- Carry out monthly premises inspections and take prompt action to report any issues.
- Ensure all faults are logged and contractors’ reports are filed accordingly.
- Assist in Reception and Facilities shared Outlook duties as and when required.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, with an ability to build rapport and positively interact with colleagues, customers and visitors.
- Great organisational skills, with the ability to plan and prioritise your own workload.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power Point.
- Ability to work confidentially with integrity and discretion.
- A flexible approach with the ability to work under pressure.
- Previous experience of working within a reception environment is desirable but not essential.
