Wescot Credit Services are on the lookout for Welsh-Speaking Customer Consultants to join one of our outsource campaigns starting 19th October 2026!
Salary: Up to £27,081.60 (based on 40 hrs per week) depending on experience
Hours: Option to choose from a 37.5 or 40 hour contract
Shifts: We are open Monday – Friday between 8.30am – 6.30pm and Saturdays 8.30am – 1pm. You will work on a rotational shift pattern within those hours which include 1 in 3 Saturdays, but we’ll give you a day off during the week prior to your Saturday shifts.
Remote Training: 3 weeks with a dedicated L&D Trainer supporting you. Fully remote working.
Benefits: 31 days holiday (pro rata) - including all bank holidays.
