We’re looking for an Onboarding Coordinator to provide proactive support to external candidates and internal colleagues across the Cabot Credit Management Group. This role is key to delivering a smooth and engaging onboarding experience, working within defined HR service level agreements to ensure a first-class service. Key responsibilities include:
- Deliver proactive onboarding support to new starters and internal colleagues across the CCM Group.
- Complete pre-employment screening and reference checks in line with company and client SLAs.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity within the People System.
- Coordinate onboarding logistics with IT, Facilities, and L&D teams.
- Support client audits by preparing and providing required documentation.
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring a positive onboarding experience.
- Assist with contracts, new starter paperwork, and general HR admin support.
