- Overview
Full‑time hybrid role (35 hrs per week, 2 days in office / 3 days from home).
The Talent Acquisition Advisor works closely with stakeholders to deliver quality recruitment service across a wide range of roles.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with stakeholders to define roles, key skills and responsibilities.
- Write compelling job adverts and manage distribution on job boards and social media.
- Source, screen, qualify and shortlist candidates using direct search tools (Linked In, Indeed, Recruiter seats) and Boolean search.
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment through Workday ATS, ensuring data accuracy and GDPR compliance.
- Support hiring managers throughout the process, ensuring adherence to procedures.
- Conduct interviews, take notes and provide feedback to hiring managers.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to improve recruitment efficiency.
- Manage multiple recruitment campaigns at various stages of the lifecycle.
- Collaborate on recruitment projects to enhance the talent‑acquisition function.
Qualifications
- Proven recruitment experience across various functions, including BPO and finance/volume roles.
- Strong knowledge of the Telford job market and recruitment terminology.
- Experience with the full 360° recruitment cycle and relevant employment law.
- Creative candidate sourcing skills, including Boolean search and social media channels.
- Comfortable using Workday ATS and other recruitment tools.
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong commercial understanding of financial services or call‑centre environments.
- Evidence of managing high‑volume recruitment in a fast‑paced environment.
- Awareness of recruitment risks, legislation, pre‑employment screening and regulatory issues.
- Additional Information
- Background checks required: basic credit check and criminal background check.
- Candidates must have full right to work in the UK and a clean credit file.
