You’ll work closely with Product, Technology and Operations teams to make sure change is clearly defined, feasible and aligned to business goals. With a high degree of autonomy, you’ll tackle ambiguity head‑on, applying sound judgement and influencing decisions across cross‑functional teams.
What you can expect

- Entitled to loads of great benefits including discount and cash back on hundreds of high‑street shops and private health insurance.
Key responsibilities
- Support delivery of complex business and technology change, ensuring analysis is high quality and consistent.
- Lead requirements definition and solution design from problem statement through to delivery.
- Apply advanced analysis techniques (process modelling, impact, root cause, options and data analysis) to shape solutions.
- Elicit, analyse and document business needs into clear, high‑quality artefacts (e.g., user stories, process models, acceptance criteria, business rules).
- Collaborate with technical teams to design pragmatic, scalable solutions, maintaining traceability from business need to outcome.
- Ensure non‑functional, operational, regulatory and risk considerations are captured early and embedded in design.
- Manage and refine backlogs, ensuring work is clearly defined, prioritised and delivery ready.
- Support the full change lifecycle, including testing, implementation, business readiness and handover.
- Facilitate workshops to explore problems, define solutions and drive decisions.
- Present clear recommendations, including risks, impacts, trade‑offs and constraints.
- Identify risks and dependencies early, proposing mitigations to maintain delivery momentum.
- Ensure outcomes deliver intended business value, contributing to review and continuous improvement.
- Champion strong business analysis practices and share learning to improve delivery maturity.
Qualifications and Experience

- Strong command of core and advanced business analysis disciplines including requirements elicitation, process modelling, gap analysis, options analysis, benefits realisation and non‑functional requirements.
- Experience working across digital, systems, data and operational change, with the ability to bridge business and technical perspectives.
- Practical experience working in agile, waterfall and hybrid delivery models, adapting techniques pragmatically to suit the delivery context.
- Highly developed analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to deal effectively with complexity and ambiguity.
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills, able to challenge constructively and build trusted relationships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
