Overview
As Marketing Communications Senior Manager, you will lead a dynamic, global multi-functional team across internal and external communications, brand development, graphics design, knowledge management and translation. You will work with the Partner group to shape the communications agenda for CAA Portas.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate the firm’s knowledge, marketing, communications, design, and translation strategies
- Manage and develop the Communications, Knowledge, Graphics and Translation teams to ensure high quality to align with business strategy
- Ensure internal alignment and external visibility across all formats, languages and digital presence on brand identity
- Lead the design and execution of integrated communication strategies that align with CAA Portas’ priorities with clarity in external messaging, thought leadership, and brand identity.
- Lead the firm’s approach to capturing, codifying, and disseminating knowledge across the business and curating strong knowledge management processes
- Promote and maintain accessible tools to ensure consultants are supported in finding and contributing to resources
- Ensure governance, security, and data protection standards are met across all platforms
- Collaborate with Partners, Support team leadership, and consultants to support reputation, client engagement, and business development through conferences and internally run events
- Create and own the global calendar of conferences and events
Requirements:
- Extensive experience of brand strategy, communications, and knowledge development and delivery
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential
- Proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary teams
- Significant leadership experience in professional services, consulting, or corporate environments
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and managing sensitive high-profile communications
- Degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields
