As the next step in our growth, we are looking to bring on board a new member of our global leadership team, based in London, focused on providing leading edge advice to clients. We are looking for an exceptional new colleague, to join at Associate Partner level. You will have senior experience already operating at this level with an existing network and distinctive expertise in sport. And importantly, driving business development on sport briefs.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-impact and strategic advice to senior clients globally in order to achieve sustainable value creation, audience growth and sporting development
  • Identify and drive business development opportunities
  • Lead client projects and ensure that they deliver exceptional impact
  • Be a trusted thought-partner to senior clients
  • Lead team problem-solving and client communications
  • Coach and develop team members to become excellent consultants
  • Lead internal firm-building activities

Requirements:

  • Proven consultancy background, already acting as an Associate Partner
  • Previous experience at a top tier management consulting firm
  • Work or project experience providing strategic advisory
  • Expertise in sport and the business of sports with a strong network within the sports industry
  • Proven interest and passion in sports
  • Willing and able to work on a global basis
