Our services and connectivity in sport and entertainment allow us to identify, develop, activate, and measure partnership strategies that build brands and grow business.
THE ROLE
The primary focus of this role will be to support the Head of Operations and Chief Growth Officer of the International Brand Consulting business, assist with day-to-day office operations, and provide ad-hoc administrative support to other members of the London senior leadership team on their various client and new business needs and commitments. The role requires an individual who has strong organisational skills, the ability to multi-task, and is outgoing and personable by nature.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administrative support for the HOO and CGO, including diary management, meeting and conference call bookings, travel arrangements, and expenses.
- Assist with office operations and management including holiday parties, internal committees, on and offsite events, and office relocation logistics.
- Ad-hoc support to the other members of the London leadership team.
- Support with general research, RFI submissions, new business proposals, status reports, meeting notes, budgets, etc.
- Provide occasional support to Account Management teams at client events and activations.
- Support the social and cultural programming for the London Brand Consulting team.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Previous Team Assistant or PA experience would be preferable.
- Professional and pleasant manner, with a positive, "can do" attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), and Microsoft Teams.
- Ability to think clearly and organise thoughts into ideas.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Interest in sports, entertainment, and pop culture.
- Prior agency experience a plus.
