This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on IT Product Owner who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment. The successful candidate will lead the Salesforce product roadmap, bridging business needs with technical delivery to ensure maximum platform value. You’ll be the key conduit between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring priorities are aligned and product improvements deliver real business impact.
As an IT Product Owner, you will:
- Define and manage the Salesforce product roadmap, aligning with business goals and customer needs
- Lead sprint planning, backlog prioritisation, and ensure delivery quality alongside the development team
- Translate stakeholder requirements into clear, deliverable user stories with defined acceptance criteria
- Support QA, user testing, and continuous improvement through coaching and stakeholder engagement
As an IT Product Owner, you will need:
- Proven experience as a Product Owner (or similar role) delivering Salesforce-based solutions
- Ideally, you will have gained knowledge working within the Financial or Professional services sectors
- Strong knowledge of lending processes, particularly around loan origination and servicing
- Confident communicator, skilled in stakeholder engagement, backlog grooming, and Agile practices
- An analytical and pragmatic mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and make fast decisions
