ICT Systems Analyst

A leading UK-based health insurance provider is looking to expand their internal IT team with the addition of a Technical Business Analyst . This role offers a fantastic opportunity for an individual passionate about systems, data, and technical solutions to work in a dynamic and growing organisation.

Analyse and document both business and technical requirements for new and existing IT systems
Create detailed process maps, system interaction diagrams, and data models to support project delivery
Use SQL for database querying, validating outputs, and supporting solution design and testing

Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, or Systems Analyst within a technology-focused team
Strong understanding of IT systems, business processes, and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
Proficiency in SQL to explore, verify, and analyse data effectively
Ability to produce and explain visual artefacts, such as process diagrams and data models
