This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Civil Infrastructure Engineer to take a leading role in the delivery of development-led infrastructure schemes. Joining a busy and expanding team, you will have technical ownership of projects while also supporting the development of junior engineers and contributing to the wider success of the civils function.
Responsibilities of the Senior Civil Infrastructure Engineer:- Lead civil infrastructure projects from concept through to detailed design and delivery
- Design highways, drainage, SuDS and external works solutions for residential and mixed-use developments
- Prepare and review technical documentation, including drainage strategies, flood risk assessments and detailed design packages
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including planners, architects and approving authorities
- Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
- Around 5 to 10 years of UK consultancy experience within civil infrastructure design
- Strong technical expertise across drainage, SuDS, highways and development infrastructure
- Proficient in AutoCAD and drainage software such as MicroDrainage or Causeway Flow, with Civil 3D experience advantageous
- Competitive salary of £45,000 to £55,000 depending on experience
