Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex, multi-disciplinary programmes within a Technology Enabled Care environment. This is a strategic role where you will oversee large-scale system implementations, drive digital transformation initiatives, and ensure the successful integration of innovative care technologies. You will play a key role in shaping services that support preventative care, remote monitoring, and integrated health systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale technical programmes, including system migrations and digital transformation initiatives
- Manage governance, risk, financial controls and programme planning across multi-agency environments
- Oversee systems integration, ensuring interoperability across platforms, devices and digital health systems
- Engage and influence stakeholders across healthcare, local authorities, and technology partners
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering complex technical projects such as CRM, ERP or large system integrations
- Strong knowledge of system integration, APIs, cloud platforms and digital product environments
- Experience working within health, social care, or IoT-enabled services (TEC experience desirable)
- Relevant project management certifications such as PRINCE2, APM PMQ or Agile methodologies
