Role Overview

We are seeking a commercially minded and analytically driven Commercial Business Analyst (Salesforce) to support global commercial operations through insightful reporting, CRM management, and strategic analysis. This role will play a key part in managing distributor performance, enhancing commercial systems, and supporting wider business growth initiatives.

Working closely with senior stakeholders across Commercial, Sales, and Finance, you will help shape strategic decisions through accurate data analysis, reporting, and market intelligence. Responsibilities of the Commercial Business Analyst (Salesforce):

  • Manage and optimise Salesforce CRM and Partner Relationship Management (PRM) systems to support global distributor operations
  • Produce commercial reports, sales analysis, market insights, and performance dashboards for senior leadership teams
  • Monitor distributor performance, sales pipelines, and market activity to identify growth opportunities and trends
  • Support forecasting, business planning, pricing analysis, and commercial strategy development across international markets

Requirements of the Commercial Business Analyst (Salesforce):

  • Previous experience within a commercial analysis, business development, or data-focused commercial role
  • Strong Salesforce CRM experience, including dashboards, workflows, and reporting functionality - Essential
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to analyse and interpret complex data sets
