This is a pivotal opportunity for an experienced QHSE Manager to influence and shape safety culture across a multi-site operation. Working closely with senior leadership and operational teams, you will take ownership of QHSE strategy and delivery, balancing hands-on site engagement with strategic oversight to drive continuous improvement and best practice.
Responsibilities:- Lead and manage QHSE activities across multiple sites, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and standards.
- Conduct audits, inspections and risk assessments to maintain and improve operational performance.
- Partner with site teams and leadership to embed a proactive, positive safety culture.
- Develop, implement and continuously improve QHSE systems, policies and procedures.
- Proven experience in a QHSE role within construction, civil engineering or infrastructure environments.
- Strong knowledge of UK health, safety and environmental legislation, including ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001).
- NEBOSH qualification (essential), with IOSH or environmental certifications desirable.
- Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels, from site teams to senior leadership.
- Car or car allowance.
