The role will focus on building and optimising modern data platforms, particularly a lakehouse architecture on Microsoft Azure and Databricks. You\’ll be part of an agile team working to enable data-driven decision-making through scalable engineering practices. Key Responsibilities of the Database Engineer : Design and build scalable data pipelines and ETL processes using Databricks and Delta Live Tables Implement automated CI/CD pipelines for streamlined testing and deployment Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data solutions that support analytics and AI initiatives Key Requirements of the Database Engineer: Proven experience with Databricks, Azure Data Lake, and Delta Live Tables Strong programming in Python and Spark (PySpark or Scala) Solid knowledge of data modelling, warehousing, and integration concepts Comfortable working in Agile teams, with CI/CD and Azure DevOps experience Salary depending on experience Flexible hybrid working arrangements Exposure to a wide range of modern data technologies Opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge analytics and AI projects Ready to join a high-impact data team and shape the future of data engineering in a modern Azure environment?
