What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead Our Social Strategy: Plan, schedule, and post stand-out content that drives engagement and elevates our brands.

- Spot Trends Before They Break: Stay ahead of social trends and bring fresh ideas to keep our content industry-leading.
- Track, Analyse, and Optimise: Use insights and analytics to fine-tune our strategies and report on growth and success.
- Create Scroll-Stopping Content: Film, edit, and produce high-quality video content that showcases our tiles, projects, and brand stories in their best light.
- Be On the Scene: Visit stunning projects, exciting events, and unique locations – from London to Hampshire to Swansea – to capture content first-hand.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience creating standout video content, with a strong portfolio of social-first work.
- Expertise in Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and LinkedIn – you know the platforms inside out.
- A creative eye for design, storytelling, and aesthetics – with a love of interiors.
- A self-starter who thrives both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel for shoots and events.
- Based near Devizes, Wiltshire, or able to commute.
