We’re Ca’ Pietra. Designers. Makers. Curators. A brand built on beauty, craftsmanship and character. For over 35 years, we’ve blended artisanal expertise with expressive design to transform homes and spaces through tile and stone.

We’re now looking for a junior-level photographer and videographer to join our creative team—someone full of potential, passion and ideas. If you’ve got a great eye, a natural feel for composition and a love for interiors or design, this could be your moment.

The Role: This is an exciting opportunity to step into a creatively rich environment and develop your visual storytelling skills across photography and video. You’ll work from our Devizes studio and travel regularly to shoot on location—from beautifully styled homes to behind-the-scenes maker stories. You’ll be supported by our in-house team and collaborate closely with marketing, design and styling to produce high-quality, on-brand content that reflects the spirit of Ca’ Pietra. Most of our shoot locations will be across the South of England, but occasional travel further afield and overseas will also form part of the role.

What You’ll Do:

  • Capture stills and short-form video content for use across web, social, print and campaigns
  • Work alongside our creative and marketing teams to plan and execute seasonal shoots
  • Support our stylists on set and learn from their approach to detail and direction
  • Travel to customer projects, retail showrooms, and our supply partners in the UK and abroad
  • Manage editing and post-production, with guidance as needed
  • Keep equipment and digital assets organised and ready for use

What We’re Looking For:

  • A strong creative eye and portfolio that shows potential and a feel for interiors, lifestyle or product photography
  • Some experience using editing tools such as Lightroom, Photoshop and Premiere Pro (or similar)
  • A willingness to learn, adapt and take feedback
  • A confident, calm approach to working on location or with clients
  • A full UK driving licence (access to a car would be a plus)
  • Most importantly: a love of design, detail and visual storytelling

What You’ll Get:

  • A nurturing, collaborative team that will support your growth and development
  • A chance to work on a wide variety of creative content in a fast-moving brand environment
  • A beautifully designed studio in the Wiltshire countryside, plus regular on-location experiences
  • A hands-on role where you’ll quickly build confidence, capability and portfolio

If you’re ready to bring ideas to life through your lens—and excited by the idea of working with a brand that’s rich in story and craft—we’d love to hear from you.
