Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Manual Turner based in Cheltenham. The Manual Turner will be responsible for operating manual lathes to manufacture precision components to specification, interpreting technical drawings, and ensuring attention to detail at all stages of the machining process. Other day-to-day tasks include implementing quality assurance procedures, performing routine maintenance of machinery, and collaborating with the engineering team to meet production goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Manual Turning and operating manual lathes
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings accurately
- Strong attention to detail and focus on precision machining
- Familiarity with maintenance and troubleshooting of manual machinery
