Transaction Network Services is recruiting for a Supervisor in Sheffield to lead the Technical Delivery team. You will manage a regional group of up to five network engineers, oversee configurations, onboarding tests, troubleshooting, and 3rd line support.
You will drive performance metrics, mentor staff, and coordinate with global teams to ensure right first time and on-time delivery across critical customer networks. Some out-of-hours work is expected.
