C9 Recruitment are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable PCV Coach Drivers & Bus Drivers to join a prestigious client in Oxford. The primary responsibility of this role is private hire transfers, and day tours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely transport passengers on assigned routes, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Provide a friendly and supportive environment for all passengers.
  • Perform routine checks on the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
  • Maintain accurate records of trips, including passenger logs and vehicle maintenance reports.
  • Communicate effectively with passengers, parents, and school staff as necessary.
  • Role & Hours
  • Private hire and school runs: 160hrs guaranteed over 4 weeks (averages to 40hrs weekly)
  • Umbrella Rates
  • PAYE Rates

Requirements

  • Valid Category D Licence.
  • No more than 6 points on your driving licence.
  • 6 months minimum Coach driving experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.
