Key Responsibilities:
- Operate Coachessafely and efficiently along scheduled routes, ensuring punctual arrivals and departures.
- Deliver excellentcustomer service, providing a professional, friendly, and supportive experience for all passengers.
- Conduct thoroughvehicle checksbefore and after each shift, reporting any maintenance issues promptly.
- Maintain accuratetrip documentation, including timings, passenger numbers, and incident reports.
- Adhere to allsafety regulations, tachograph laws, and company standards.
- Work withapps and digital messaging toolsfor scheduling and communication.
