C9 Recruitment are currently seeking experienced Coach Drivers for full-time work covering a mix of private hire, occasional school services, and UK/continental tours. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable and well-established operator offering competitive rates and consistent hours.
The Role:
- Average of 40 hours per week
- 6 on / 2 off working pattern
- A mix of private hire work, occasional school runs, and tour driving (UK & Continental)
- Paid breaks while off-site
- Free onsite parking available
- Based in Henley-in-Arden or Kidderminster depending on assignment
Umbrella Rates
- Social Hours (Mon–Fri, 06:00–18:00) – £20.58 per hour
- Unsocial Hours (18:00–06:00, Weekends & Bank Holidays) – £24.48
- UK Tours – £21.59
- Continental Tours – £25.19
PAYE Rates
- Social Hours (Mon–Fri, 06:00–18:00) – £15.50 per hour
- Unsocial Hours (18:00–06:00, Weekends & Bank Holidays) – £18.43
- UK Tours – £16.26
- Continental Tours – £18.97
What We\’re Looking For
- Valid PCV licence (Cat D)
- Driver CPC & Digital Tachograph card
- Ideally 2+ years coach driving experience (less may be considered)
- Basic or Enhanced DBS (preferred)
- No more than 6 points – no bans, DRs, DGs, or serious convictions
- Friendly, professional, and flexible attitude
